- Parking will be tight, so please carpool or bring a bus when possible.
- Trailer parking will be in the back of the grass field, highlighted in yellow.
- Buses can drop off by the front entrance but then need to park across the street - need updated map diagram
Load-In / Load-Out
Load In/Load Out at Plymouth State University, ALLWell North Center
Load-In:

Occurs from 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm on Friday, October 3rd or 8:00 am – 9:00 am on Saturday, October 4th.

Inspection table and pit area will be open for the entire duration of the load-in period.
Load-Out:

Occurs from 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm on Saturday, October 4th.

Pits close at 7:00 pm or one hour after last match, whichever is later, on Saturday, October 4th.
General Information for Load-In/Out:

There will be two elevator options for Load-In/Out

Elevator 1 is a freight elevator and is right inside the main entrance doors

Elevator 2 is a standard elevator and is located down a hallway to the right past Elevator 1

A volunteer will control the flow of unloaded robots into the building through the load-in entrance doors. There will be a volunteer stationed at each Elevator controlling the flow of robots and people into each elevator.

If you wish to store trailers or buses for the weekend in the parking lot, we ask that you store them in the indicated lot. Do not leave anything in the trailers as the event cannot be responsible for watching these overnight.

Buses can drop off/pick up at main entrance, but will need to park in the bus loop after dropping off or picking up.
Venue
Event-Specific Rules:
- No outside food or drink, other than water, will be allowed in the fieldhouse.
- Please do not order food to be delivered at the Arena.

Food
There will be no outside food allowed within the AllWell North facility during the Governor's Cup 2024 event.
Furthermore, there will be no food allowed in the track area of the AllWell North facility with the exception of water. There will be concessions offered during the day, and pre-orders for lunch entrees will be accepted by filling in the form below and paying at the event with cash or credit card. Please note there will be beverages and other snacks available at the concession stand that are not available for pre-order.

Please place all pre-orders for concessions by Friday, September 27th at 11:59 pm.
Concession pre-orders will be available for pickup from 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm on Saturday, October 19th 2024 at the Concessions window in the second floor lobby of the AllWell facility at Plymouth State University.
There will be designated eating areas in the first floor lobby and at outdoor picnic tables.
Safety Information
In the case of an emergency, please notify safety personnel, personnel at the Pit Admin table/the Scorekeeping table, or event coordinators as soon as possible.
All physical injuries/illnesses, however slight, taking place at a FIRST® official event must be reported to FIRST Headquarters. Click here to go to the the FIRST® Portal for Incident Reporting.
As always, regular safety event rules (e.g. no running in the pits, wearing safety glasses/closed-toe & closed-back shoes, and handling batteries with care) apply at this event. For more general event and safety rules, see FIRST General Rules. We also encourage teams to identify a meeting place away from the building in a safe and accessible area where team members will meet if a building evacuation is necessary.
